Shipping & Returns

Printed items:

1. Processing times: All orders placed are printed to order and shipped within 5-10 working days.

2.  Shipping rates and delivery estimates: shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  Delivery times will vary depending on your location, please check the product page for an estimate delivery time to you.

3. Shipment confirmation and order tracking: you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped, the tracking number will be live within 24 hours.

4. Customs, duties and taxes: Miss Nancy’s Day Off is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. 

Due to the custom nature of our printed items we are unable to offer a refund if you change your mind so please make sure you check the size chart and only order when you’re sure, as we want you to be happy! We have a 30-day return policy for any defective items ONLY, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to let us know if there is a problem and to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Jewellery

All jewellery will be made to order and shipped within 1-2 weeks, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

If you need something sooner please send a message using the contact form.

UK orders: Shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24 £4.00
(estimated delivery times 1-2 working days)

Rest of World orders: Shipped via Royal Mail Tracked £11.00
(estimated delivery 5-7 working days, up to 25 working days)

If you would like to return an item of jewellery, please send an email within 7 days of receiving the piece. You will then be given the return address, please send back the item undamaged/unworn and in re-saleable condition. Once it has been received, you will receive a refund to your original payment method. You will need to pay for the return postage, unless the item is faulty.

Unfortunately I am unable to offer refunds on earrings/piercing jewellery for hygiene reasons.

If an item should be faulty when received please send a message as soon as possible, and an exchange or refund will be arranged. If it should develop a fault again please send a message as soon as possible to let me know.
